Excellent hotel! We stayed at Holiday Inn Express Hunt Valley and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and cozy, with a very comfortable atmosphere. Everything was well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, fresh and with a nice variety of options. Overall, a great place to stay — we would definitely come back

Maddie and the general manager Hassan were such a delight! The way they went above and beyond to help us, and provide the utmost hospitality will not be forgotten! If you are looking for a hotel in the Baltimore county area, check them out. They are also right by the Hunt Valley mall so lots of great places to eat ! Rooms are nice. Pretty normal size. Towson Town Center & Wegmans grocery store are real close by. Plenty of fast food places that will deliver.

Highly highly recommend this place! In a world of many hotel options, you really should choose this one. This is my second time staying here for work and the first time Hannah at check in was beyond hospitable, absolutely so sweet, and the rooms were so clean and just great. This time around I had an issue with my reservation (totally my fault) and Hannah and her GM went above and beyond to resolve it for me. Thank you Hannah!

I recently stayed here for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I checked in, the hotel was visibly clean and well-maintained, setting a great first impression. The most outstanding aspect of my visit was the service provided by the front desk staff, particularly Hannah. She was incredibly professional and helpful, ensuring I received the correct room type as requested. Furthermore, when I asked for a dinner suggestion, she went above and beyond, providing excellent directions to a fantastic nearby restaurant. It’s rare to encounter that level of genuinely helpful and focused customer service, and it truly made the start of my trip stress-free. The room itself was comfortable and exactly as described. The amenities were great, and I got a restful night’s sleep. The only minor drawback I encountered was a faint smell of smoke coming in through the window, which I assume was from a nearby guest. However, this small issue did not significantly detract from the overall quality of the stay. Given the exceptional staff and comfortable accommodations, I would highly recommend this hotel anytime you are in the area, whether for business or vacation.

Absolutely first class in EVERYWAY !!!! We stay for 4 day family visit twice in last year. From Rachel at front desk helping us with any questions to Miss Loretta doing incredible breakfast in super clean area with even having my favorite yogurt!!! To Martha making our room sooo clean everyday it was as if no one had stayed in it the night before!!! Many Thanks and we look forward to our return !!!!!

The hotel overall was nice, but it looked and smelled old. It was just musty, not anything bad. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. The option to park in the garage was nice. Had issues with our door not closing all the way on its own. We had to make sure to push or pull it shut all the way when coming and going. Also one of our door keys stopped working the second day. However the hotel was convenient to where we were visiting and relatively inexpensive when everywhere else was charging crazy amounts for a weekend stay.

The lady who checked me in is so kind and friendly and helpful. She was very warm and welcoming. I would give 5 stars just for her alone, however, the night auditor dude wasn’t too friendly (most aren’t i guess). And the rest of the hotel i would say was a solid 4 stars. Best part of this hotel aside from the nice lady who checked me in, is the location and price. Other places in that price range are motels with bed bugs and roaches and horrible reviews, but for $10 dollars more i got a nice clean room, conscious free of bed bugs or roaches that will travel with me. Solid 4 stars!!
